Living in Bristol
Bristol is an amazing study destination and an affordable city to live in, with two world-class universities and a rich maritime history in civil engineering.
"It has great shopping, buzzing social scene and glorious scenery, the 10th largest city in England offers bucket loads of history and heritage from Brunel to Banksy, along with a great choice of housing and fantastic transport links. Bristol also has the best restaurants, cafes and nightlife of anywhere in the country"

Bristol on UK map
Bristol is ideally located in the UK, close to stunning countryside, within easy reach of the coast and with excellent links to the rest of the country. The city is just 90 minutes from London and Heathrow with its own international airport, two mainline train stations and extensive bus and coach services.
St Brendan’s College is based on one site in a secure gated campus. The campus is ideally located just 15 mins by bus from Bristol City Centre but close to nearby countryside. St Brendan’s is only 12 kms from the City of Bath benefiting from the rich history and culture with another two excellent Universities (University of Bath and Bath Spa University).
The College has a dedicated coach service bringing our students from all over the city door to door for just £75 a month.
International students will be placed with carefully vetted host families to improve their English and to have the support of a UK family. Accommodation in a host family provides the safest alternative to living at home.
Prices vary depending on your preferences but we recommend half-board (breakfast and dinner included) at a cost of £155 per week (2015-16 academic year). We recommend you budget around £7000 for accommodation.
