Mental Health Awareness

Here at St Brendan's, we talk openly about mental health and are proud of the level of support we have in place to help all of our students.

Our amazing Learning Development team, Academic Mentors, Teachers and Support Staff are always on hand if you need somebody to talk to about your mental health or if you are looking for ways to help a friend.

As part of Mental Health Week 2019, we've pulled together a list of some of our favourite BBC programmes, podcasts and tools on Mental Health, which we think are helpful. Simply click on the links below to watch...

REMEBER: If you are a St Brendan's student who feels like you need support with your mental health, you can speak confidentially with Learning Development or your Academic Mentor. Their door is always open!
