Once again A-level Results Day has brought with it fantastic news for the Languages Centre at St Brendan’s Sixth Form College, with all three A-level languages (French, German and Spanish) securing 100% pass rates.

Amongst the high achieving linguists is student Sia Janjua, who was delighted to secure an A in A-level Spanish. The 18-year-old from Eastville looks forward to continuing her study of languages through her degree in Philosophy and Spanish at Kings College London, where she plans to include a year of study abroad.
In the midst of a worrying decline in language learning across the country at both GCSE and Level 3, St Brendan’s has always remained confident in its Language provision and proud of its extensive offering. As the centre continues to grow and add more language courses to its programme, St Brendan’s has once again proved that it can continue to expand its curriculum whilst maintaining outstanding results!
