Staff and students at St Brendan’s made Pudsey Bear proud last week, as they worked hard to raise money for Children in Need!

Student Liason Officer Mattia Pace was our hero, as he danced for 6-hours straight in Café Max. Joined by teachers, tutors, support staff and students, Mattia was encouraged throughout the day to keep moving and managed to raise a HUGE £450 for the wonderful charity! Congratulations Mattia on making such a valuable difference.

Joining Mattia in fundraising was SU Secretary Charlotte Atkins who completed a 3-day silence. Charlotte managed to raise impressive amounts for Children in Need and stuck to using her whiteboard the whole time! Throughout the day, ear-wearing, spot supporting Sodexo staff also supplied Pudsey cakes which were being enjoyed by all, whilst student Gabby Day busily painted the faces of her peers.

A BIG well done to all involved in the day; the fundraising created a fantastic atmosphere throughout the College on a rainy Friday.
