The first - Free Range - was in The Old Truman Brewery in Brick Lane. It is a special project set up to provide new creative graduates with the opportunity to showcase their work on an international level. The vast array of work was displayed in a variety of ways and some of the graduate students were on hand to talk about their work and what they were going onto next. The second exhibition was in The Photographers’ Gallery, the largest public photography gallery in London which was hosting the Deutsche Börse Photography Prize 2014. This year’s winner was Richard Mosse for his work entitled The Enclave – documenting landscapes touched by appalling human tragedy in Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. Overall a fantastic opportunity for St Brendan’s students to get a taste of what they could achieve.
