Charlotte spent the morning conversing with a large group of students about her career as an MP, how she got there and the current discussions that are taking place in Parliament. After an overview of Charlotte’s journey to the Conservative party, questions were opened to the students and a sea of hands immediately appeared.

The inquisitive students asked numerous perceptive questions of the Bristol North West MP, with some expressing their concerns on Syria and Aleppo and others challenging Charlotte’s views on Donald Trump and the future of politics. Charlotte closed the session by explaining her thoughts on the future, “One thing is for sure. We will be living through one of the greatest tectonic changes in political history”.
