On Wednesday 11th June the Sports Union got into the World Cup spirit when the Team 19 Student Management Team ran the 'St Brendan's World Cup 5 aside Tournament'.

Thirty students of all abilities battled it out for the trophy. Each team chose a country to represent. It was a fantastic tournament which everyone enjoyed. Chile were the overall winners after beating and knocking the favourites out in the group stages, James Budden was their team captain. Well done to all involved!!
