Year 12 Progress Review event (3pm-8pm)

Dear Parent / Carer
We are delighted to invite you to our virtual Progress Review event. This will be held on Thursday 6th June from 3pm to 8pm and is open to parents/carers of Y12 Students only. The purpose of this review is to allow you to talk with subject teachers to discuss how your young person is progressing.
Following parent/carer feedback, we are very pleased to advise that we will be using a new booking system called School Cloud. This will enhance not only the booking process but also the virtual appointments and will not require your young person to be with you for the appointment (although we would encourage them to attend with you, if possible).
Please note that there will no appointments for GCSE Maths and English students. These courses are now finished and exams are near completion. Teachers will have been in contact with you in the build up to the exams should they have had need.
Should you have any pastoral or progress queries, concerns or questions, then please make sure that you book an appointment with your young person’s progress tutor. If you have no such concerns, then please do ensure that you deselect the progress tutor when making your appointments (full details on how to do this are noted in the below link for booking appointments).
Please note that the booking system opens on Tuesday 7th May at 6pm.

Please note that unfortunately some teachers will be unavailable for this event as it is a non-working day for them.

This is an online event only on the published date. Teachers are not required to write reports in lieu of meetings. If you are unable to attend this event and you wish for an update on your young person's progress we recommend that you access Pro-Portal where you can access key information re your young person’s attendance and progress grades.
