Enrolment is the final step in confirming your place with us and getting everything ready for the start of your course.
During your enrolment appointment, we’ll check your details, review your documents, and make sure you’re fully prepared for the year ahead.
Your Enrolment Appointment
Your enrolment appointment is when we finalise your course choices, check your documents, and help you prepare for September. The appointment takes around one hour.
Appointments are held in August. You will be sent the date and time of your appointment in July. If you have not received this, or cannot attend, please contact info@stbrn.ac.uk
Late enrolment sessions will be held in September.
What You Need to Bring
- Your exam results (printed or digital)
- One form of ID (passport, birth certificate, bank card, driving licence)
- Visa or proof of status (if applicable)
What Happens at Enrolment
- We confirm your courses
- You can ask about buses, bursaries, support, trips, kit requirements
- We help set up your accounts if needed
- You’ll get clear info about your first week
If Your Grades Are Different to Expected
Don’t panic - this is very common. We’ll sit down with you, explore options, check course entry requirements and find the best pathway for you.
If You Need to Change a Course
You can request a change during enrolment or during the first three weeks of term.
