Charlotte spent the morning conversing with a large group of A-level Government and Politics students about her career as an MP, how she got there and the current discussions that are happening in Parliament.

Charlotte spoke enthusiastically to her audience about how she got into Politics and what she enjoys and finds challenging about her job. After an overview of Charlotte’s journey to the Conservative Party, questions were opened to the students and a sea of hands immediately went into the air.

The inquisitive students asked numerous perceptive questions of the Bristol North West MP, with many expressing their concerns about their future struggles with university fees, as well as conversations on IS, the political system, life at Westminster and views on giving 16 year olds the vote.
