Setting up your St Brendan's Email
After you accept your place at St Brendan’s, you’ll receive your own college email account. This is where we’ll send everything you need for enrolment, including your appointment. Please keep an eye on it so you’re ready for September!
These are the 3 steps you need to follow:
1. Choose your password
Choose a password for your new account by clicking the link below.
Self Service Password Reset (stbrn.ac.uk)
Your Username is your 6 digit Student ID number.
Please note, we will need your correct mobile number in our system for this to work, so if you have a new number or entered someone else’s when you applied, please email Applicationadmin@stbrn.ac.uk with your full name and new mobile number.

2. Log into Office.com
Once you’ve chosen your password, please go to Office.com or click the link below to log into your student account using your 6 digit Student ID number above, followed by @student.stbrn.ac.uk. For example 123456@student.stbrn.ac.uk. Make sure you log out of any other Outlook email accounts you may have saved on your device first, otherwise you won’t be able to log in.

3. Set up MFA (MultiFactor Authentication)
You will also be asked to set up MFA (MultiFactor Authentication).
This is an extra layer of security to make sure your details stay safe. You will need to choose to either receive a secure code via text message or to download the Authenticator App.
If you're on a mobile we recommend choosing to receive a secure code via text message.
