Find out more about the approximate dates and costs for participating in the DofE award. Maisie (maisie.weller@stbrn.ac.uk) will confirm dates and costs with all group members.
Dates:
Team-building and introductory day: December 2023
Expedition training day: May 2024
Practice expedition: June 2024
Assessed expedition: end of term 6 (July 2024)
Costs:
£32.50 registration fee to cover DofE membership, licence fee, record book and eDofE access.
£325 for 10-day expedition package including group kit, campsite costs, training, documentation, insurance, instructors and assessors to cover both the practice and assessed components. Services provided by River and Ridge.
