Our careers programme is designed to support students in exploring higher education, apprenticeships, employment, training and other progression pathways, enabling them to achieve their aspirations and fulfil their potential.
Our Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) programme is delivered in line with national guidance and is mapped against the Gatsby Benchmarks of Good Career Guidance, ensuring a comprehensive and high-quality careers education offer for all students.

- Access a planned programme of careers education embedded throughout their study programme.
- Learn about the full range of progression routes, including university, higher and degree apprenticeships, employment and training opportunities.
College career events
- Engage with employers, universities, apprenticeship providers and industry professionals.
- Develop employability skills through workshops, careers events, employer encounters and enrichment activities.
- Participate in activities that help them understand workplace expectations and career pathways, including CV and application workshops and UCAS guidance.
Careers resources
- Access up-to-date labour market information to support informed career decisions.
- Access additional support where required to ensure equality of opportunity and positive progression outcomes.
Careers guidance and 1:1 support
- Receive impartial, independent and personalised careers guidance from qualified careers professionals.
- Receive support with applications, personal statements, interviews, CV writing and progression planning.
